Business lessons from the Great Wall

Checked off a bucket list item and got reminded of a few things that would consider a lesson in any aspect of life.

Everything is harder than it looks and will take twice as long. That’s why not many people walked up to the top tower and that was where the best views were.

Create a plan and follow it. There is no way this was built without a detailed plan.

The more successful you become the more attackers you will face. How can you reinforce your wall?

Travel more, you never know when you might be at the Great Wall drinking Chinese Vodka (56% alcohol) with a bunch of Russians and then race down on sleds… but that’s another story for another day.
