Quick Tip – Beating Anxiety from Beijing

Beating Anxiety from Beijing. Do you ever feel like things are just piling up? There are so many things going and literally, your anxiety level stood to the roof?

Well, you’re not the only one. I’m one of them too. I’m coming to you live from Beijing, China, just finished up the UFC fight night here. Kevin from Travis’ gym got a big win, that’s over and done with.

Now it’s time to head back home to a to-do list which I don’t even want to think how big it is.

So, what I want to share with you, is a way to deal with those things. With outlet, stress, and the anxiety piled up making you end up not doing anything. We’ve all been there where you’ve got so many things to get done but you freeze up, and then just blow it off, and don’t do anything.

So, what I want you to do is, if you have a journal, start using a journal, if not use a notebook, anything like that. And then on Sunday nights, plan out your whole week.

What are the things you need to get done to move forward in your business, your personal life, your health, and your finances?

Look at those things.

What are the main things that you need to get done this week? And then, from that point on, start making a little to-do list of the things that you need to do.

Example, today is Sunday, look at three things that you need to get done on Monday. And then just get those done, don’t worry about the 200 other things you have to do.

I know when I get home, I will have more things to do than I can imagine but I’m just going to start chewing it up one bite at a time. I’m just going to go through, knock out my things, go train, and forget about it.

In Tuesday, knock out my three things, train, and forget about it.

Just keep moving forward. And that’ll help you a lot with your anxiety. I suffer from a lot like what other people do. The most common thing is to have a huge to-do list and not do anything because anxiety starts creeping up.

So, just take little steps towards big goals. And just really stay focused by writing down those goals, what you’re trying to accomplish, what your goals are.

I know we’ve wrapped up the year now so it’s a lot of planning for 2019. Getting focused and really working towards pushing those goals. Spend a little time thinking about that.

If you can go out, knock out a couple little things each day. Life gets a little bit better, a little bit easier. And you’re one step closer to your goals.

So, hope you had an awesome week. I’m flying home from Beijing, I’m excited. Feels like ready to get back home, get after it.

Got couple more projects to work on before the end of the year. And we are launching some killer stuff in 2019 to help gym owners have the gym of their dreams.

So, I will talk to you soon.
