You can fix it!
While it’s true that self-confidence can make things smoother, a lack of it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re out of the game. Even if you’re battling with low self-confidence, remember this – everyone starts somewhere. It’s about how you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get on with it.
This blog is for anyone who has ever doubted themselves. It’s a testament to resilience, courage, and the power of forging ahead, even when the going gets tough.
The picture doesn’t tell the whole story.
I was a fat kid, picked on, made fun of, and learned how to hide it with clothes and humor but you know what I did? I fix it!
However, when I got older I picked on people to hide my insecurities.
Man did I hate summer. Avoided the pool like the plaque.
Low confidence Sucks…
This picture was taken in the top 10 days of my life after winning an MMA Championship.
- I set a Big Goal
- Got Around the Right People
- And I did the Work
No matter where you are at now or how low you feel about yourself I just wanted to let you know that you can fix it. Like I did.
Set a goal, get around the right people, and do the work.
Now I need to suck it up and get back in this shape. Miss those abs…..😂
Conclusion
In this winding journey called life, we’ve all faced moments where our self-confidence seemed to have taken a hiatus. But it’s in these valleys of doubt where our true strength comes to light. It’s where we find the grit to keep moving forward, regardless of the hurdles.
Regardless of where you find yourself on the confidence spectrum, remember this – progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Self-confidence is not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about being comfortable in your own skin and recognizing your own worth.
So, even if your self-confidence is feeling a little low, don’t count yourself out. The strength and power to overcome lie within you. Embrace the journey, with its ups and downs, because even in moments of doubt, there is an opportunity for growth and discovery.
Here’s to taking one step at a time, building bridges over those confidence gaps, and to celebrating all our victories, large and small. Remember, every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing.
